What we collect

• Contact messages: your name, email, topic and message, so we can reply.
• Prayer requests: your message, and your first name and email only if you choose to give them.
• Ministry updates: your email address, if you subscribe.

Who can see it

Messages are visible only to authorised ministry staff who sign in to the website’s admin area. Prayer requests are visible only to administrators and the prayer team. Nothing you send is ever published on the website.

How long we keep it

Prayer requests are encrypted when stored and deleted automatically after 90 days. Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.

Videos

Messages are hosted on YouTube. The video player only loads after you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube’s own privacy policy then applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by sending a message through the contact page.
